2017 Tokaji Dry

The fresh aromas bring first toast and herbs – sage and thyme – accompanied by white-fleshed fruits, but with time the fruit – peach, apple and pear – and floral – linden and honeysuckle – motifs intensify.

The sip has dynamic acidity, beautifully escorted with the vanilla of the barrel, all the time with slight saltiness. In the mouth primarily citruses – lime, grapefruit and lemon – dominate, together with the herbs from the nose.

This dry wine is a particularly unusual blend of 47% Hárslevelű, 40% Furmint and 13% Kövérszőlő.
